Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the products being custom made we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

If there is something wrong with your item, don’t hesitate to contact us by completing the contact form.

You have 72 hours from the delivery date to notify us of any mistakes or imperfections via email britraydesigns@gmail.com or contact form.

 

Shipping Policy

Brittany Ray Designs wants to insure all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed and packaged 5 - 7 business days of the order date. Shipping time depends on the current demand.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Care Instructions

For Apparel:

Turn the garment inside out. Wash in cold water. Use a mild detergent for best results. Do not use fabric softeners, oxygenated products, bleach or bleach alternative detergents. Hang drying is best, otherwise dry on low temperature. Do not dry clean. Please do not stretch the image or the t-shirt as this may cause cracking to occur. Never iron directly on the image.​

For Stickers:

If using them on water bottles or other types of drink ware, please hand wash only to guarantee the longevity of the sticker.

For Earrings:

Although polymer clay is strong that doesn't mean its indestructible by any means!

The best way to keep your earrings is to store them in a dry cool spot, we suggest storing them in a jewelry box or something similar to avoid them being knocked around and easily broken or lost. 

​Polymer Clay is a porous material and can scuff easily. If you find there are marks that don't come off you can use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and wipe sparingly to remove the mark.

Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your earrings, keep them away from perfumes or harsh chemicals to preserve the vibrant colors! Our best suggestion is to put them on after applying makeup and hair products.
